9.9 Creating interventions with contracts
From the app, it is possible to create interventions linked to contracts.
When a customer which has active contracts, is selected, the option to select “Contract” will appear during the creation of the intervention.
It is possible to choose which contract to use, if it is ON-CALL, the hours of the package and the remaining hours and all its specifications will be shown.
Whereas if you select a MAINTENANCE, contract, if there are activities to be performed, the software will advise you which activities and checks to carry out, with all their specifications.
If no activities are present, only the details of the contract will be given in the intervention, to indicate the presence of a contract anyway.
From the app, it is not possible to create new contracts while creating interventions.
