9.4 Detail Report

When an intervention is opened, the report detail is shown, in which there are two sections:

  • INFORMATION
  • COMPLETING

The INFORMATION, on the left-hand side, can be written by the office when creating the intervention in order to enter all details concerning the intervention. This section can also be filled in by the technician as soon as he/she creates a new intervention from the APP.

The INFORMATION section displays the details of the customer, of the intervention and of the technician.

In the COMPLETING section you can enter the days worked, a description of the work done, the material used, enter attachments and write notes.

In both sections, additional customised fields can be entered to make the reports clearer and more complete.

The detailed report therefore presents the main features of the intervention. Click here to see the completing.
