2.2 Location Management

Within the customer list, selecting the master data of a customer will show various tabs, including “Locations”.

Locations are used to enter addresses other than those in the customer master data, so that the intervention can be carried out at another location.

When compiling the intervention, it is therefore possible to select the location:

The technician will not find the address in the customer master data, but the address of the location where he/she must carry out the intervention.

In addition, for this section, it is possible to change the name “Location(s)”.

In settings, clicking on options will reveal the item “Two-level customer property information”. By enabling it, it will be possible to edit the singular and plural names. It is important to click on SAVE after entering the name.
