1.6 Delete Reports
The deletion of reports is possible in any state, only for ADMINs or ADMIN-TECNICIAN.
From the web, as long as the intervention is in the OPEN state, the button to delete the intervention will be found, both in planning “delete intervention” and in intervention list “delete”, as soon as you click on the report:
When the report is in the CLOSED state, in the intervention list clicking on the intervention will display the message “delete report”, while from the planning you must click on “report detail” to display the delete button:
From the App, interventions with the OPEN status have the delete button available within the report in the “info” section:
As for those in the CLOSED status, they can only be deleted from the Web platform.
