1.12 Map key
When we are on the map screen, there are several points to learn about.
Map key:
- blue circle with number, indicates the number of interventions in that area
- grey circle with “P”, indicates that there is an intervention to be assigned/scheduled in that area
- grey circle with the name of the technician, indicating that there is an intervention in that area to be assigned/scheduled to that technician
- red circle with the name of the technician, indicating that there is an intervention to be done in that area assigned to that technician
- yellow circle with the name of the technician, indicating that there is an open operation assigned to that technician in that area
- red dot, the technician started work at the customer
- yellow dot, the technician has finished work at the customer
