2.5 Billing customer
Using the option “Ability to set billing customer”, which can be configured in Options it is possible to manage this case.
There is no dedicated database for this type of customer; instead, they must be added to the customer list as a regular customer.
The distinction is made during the intervention creation phase. After selecting the customer for the intervention, it will also be possible to check the “Billing Customer” option. This will display the full customer list, allowing you to search for and select the required billing customer.
The same principle applies to the APP:
Once these details are filled in and the intervention is sent to the technician, there will be no difference in the completion process for them.
The main difference will be in the PDF, where both the customer and the billing customer details will be displayed.
