9.8 Offline mode
By creating a report, it is possible to edit it in offline mode: write notes, add work days, change technicians, enter KM and travel hours and enter the work done. Once the changes are finished, click on save and this screen will be displayed.
The report will be saved within the app. If the APP remains open, the report will be sent as soon as it finds the network.
If something should go wrong when sending the intervention, reopening the APP will require to click on the banner.
Thus your intervention will be sent to the customer and to the office.
