9.7 Customers signature and send
When the technician finishes an intervention, he/she can decide whether to send the report with the customer’s signature.
To do so, the technician must press “sign and send” at the bottom of the screen:
It is now assumed that the device is available to the customer, who, after checking the details of the Intervention Report, will press “confirm and send” to make its acceptance.
You must proceed by entering your full name and signature.
After clicking “continue” the technician can choose whether to send the report to the customer or only to the office:
By selecting the customer’s e-mail or entering a new one, the report will not only reach the office but also the customer, with his/her signature attached.
The signature on the report will look like this:
