4.3 Different hour types
As for the hours in the reports, they can be changed according to user preference.
As soon as you start using the app, the software automatically sets up the entry of working days with Morning and Afternoon slots and with Decimal hours.
It is possible to select the entry of “free hours”, i.e. the total number of hours worked.
Via settings, options, in the general settings, two options can be activated:
- sexagesimal hours, the system will recognise hours with minutes, in all hours that are entered within the app.
- force the input of working hours, according to the one selected, the technicians will have to input them that way.
There are three types of hours:
- free hours, total number of hours
- morning and afternoon slots, two time slots
- start and end slots, a slot for entering the time of day
