3.1 Material used
To make the reports more complete, it is possible to include the material used during the intervention.
Under “Items“, the specifications of each item can be entered.
UnOnce all items have been entered in the list, it will be possible to select them when working on the intervention. Clicking on “add” will display the material detail screen, where you can enter new items or search for existing ones by clicking on “search item”.
By inserting an item from the master data, the cells of material being processed will be filled.
Finally, pressing save will enter them into the report.
On the report that will be generated that is also visible to the customer, the item will be viewed like this:
