1.14 Preconfigured reasons
By activating the option in settings, options, called “Input of opening reasons with preconfigured values”, it is possible to have a selection of intervention reasons already entered in the software.
In the section “Customise Interventions” you will find the section “Reasons for opening intervention” where you can enter various options.
By clicking on Add, new ones can be entered:
This process helps the administration and technicians to speed up the creation of the intervention, as the creation of the reason will be as selected:
The technician will see the reason on his/her device and the PDF will show the same:
