1.8 Associated technicians
By enabling the associated technicians option, it is possible to send the same intervention to several technicians.
It can be activated via the settings, in the options section called “general options”
When filling in the intervention, there are “select technician” and “select associated technician” fields.
Entering the name of another technician will create a report for two technicians.
Only the “technician” will be able to compile the intervention for both from his/her device.
The associated technician, upon opening the intervention, will find the intervention information in the info section, and a warning message that the job cannot be completed.
The report will only bear the signature of the technician who completed the intervention.
