1.2 Intervention planning
Within the application there is a calendar to view all appointments of the company’s various technicians.
The calendar can be displayed in days, months, year. By scrolling through the days, it is also possible to work on other days, on a later date.
This section is only visible to admins, who from here, can create interventions, change them, delete them, save them, send them to customers, and view the various intervention details.
This section is useful for monitoring and optimising activities.
