7.3 View your technicians’ hours
In the “Clocking in and out” section you can have a detailed report of the hours of the day of your technicians.
Using the “download file” button, it will be possible to export the clocking in and outs to an excel file. The desired month must be entered and the file will look like this:
At the beginning of the file is the name of the technician, then the company name and the month taken into account.
For each day on which the clocking in and out was performed, the actual hours are entered and next for which customer the intervention was performed (for this part there is no need to clock in, the file always shows the customer). At the bottom will be the sum of the monthly hours worked.
