The Lite version is designed for the small company, with up to 3 technicians, that needs to record its own intervention reports. This version provides limited access to configurations. In the Premium version, on the other hand, it is possible to activate more than 3 technicians and there is the possibility of customising interventions, integration with the management tool, technician daily allowance management and a whole series of settings that a company might need.
The Premium version allows structured, but not complete, operations management. It's doesn't provides for the possibility of adding the Clocking in and out and Contracts. The Platinum version, on the other hand, includes the Clocking in and out and Contracts option, so that more structured companies can have everything available. In addition has with a larger customer and item master data package for more structured companies.
Via the master data sections, you can upload all your customers and items in bulk, with a CSV file you will have all the data uploaded in no time.
