1.17 Machinery Reporting
To enable machinery reporting, it is necessary to add the functionality “Enable activity reporting on specific machinery”, within the Prices and Costs option.
This option allows you to enter on each hour worked and on each material used, the machine to which it refers.
For the APP, the machinery entry request is made in this way:

Whereas on the PDF it will be shown like this:
It is possible to make machinery reporting mandatory. It is also important to know that:
- Report with associated location and machinery -> only selected machinery will be shown
- Report with associated location -> the machinery of that location will be shown
- Contract report -> the machinery included within that contract will be shown
- Report without the previous items -> the customer’s machines will be shown
