6.2 SMTP Configuration
By going to settings, options, you can activate the option “Configure your SMTP”.
Configuration is done to show one’s e-mail address when sending out interventions to customers.
If the configuration is not carried out, the customer will have reports with the sender’s name of our application.
To do the integration is very easy, going to the “Configure your SMTP” part, you will need to enable the option and then enter your data:
Once the data has been entered, it will be necessary to click “verify configuration” to ensure that it is done correctly. If the procedure is correct, you will receive an e-mail on the address you entered as sender with the subject “SMTP test” in which you will find your e-mail as sender.
