APP guide

The planning section shows a calendar with day, week and month. In this section you can enter and view the interventions of your technicians.

Planning key:

• grey, the intervention has been scheduled, but not yet sent to the technician.
• red, the intervention has been established and sent to the technician.
• yellow, the technician opened the intervention and started to fill it in.
• blue, the intervention was completed and sent.
• white tick is the customer’s confirmation.
• circle within interventions indicates the type of customised intervention, the colour is decided by the user
