1.1 Create your first intervention
Creating an intervention with BEEDUTY is easy, you will need to click at the top of the menu “create new intervention”, or click within the schedule to already have the technician and date selected.
Once the screen is displayed, the various fields must be filled in.
You have to select the company at which the intervention will take place, and its data will be loaded automatically.
Once you have entered all the various fields, you will need to click on SAVE AND SEND to send the intervention to your technician.
Your technician will receive all the information you have entered, so that he/she can compile his/her report in the best possible way.
